Stiff curved blade is ideal for use with beef and pork. Hollowed out grooves on the side of the blade allow meat to fall away from the blade while slicing. High-carbon steel blade has a stamped construction for edge retention. Fibrox handle is slip-resistant when wet for a secure grip. Backed by the manufacturers lifetime warranty. NSF certified.
