We will do our best at IDM Products to make your shopping experience as seamless and painless as possible. This includes the return process. IDM Products allows you to return most items within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in 100% re-sellable condition. If you need to return a product either call 972-536-2500 or email us at sales@idmproducts.com. If your order qualifies for return, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, as well as information on the additional steps in the return process. There may be a restocking fee on some items. If a restocking fee applies, you will be notified when your RMA# is issued.

When will my account be credited?


Refunds will be issued after the warehouse has received and inspected the returned items to make sure they are in re-sellable condition. 

What if the products arrive damaged?

If your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record. Also save the shipping cartons, product boxes, and remaining product, and contact us as soon as possible. Damage claims must be reported to IDM Products within 2 days of receipt.  You must pay for the return shipping, and we will refund the order after we receive the item(s) back. You may email customer service at sales@idmproducts.com.

Are there any products that cannot be returned?


Although most items may be returned, there are exceptions.  These items, for example, may not be returned: floor machines, air scrubbers, vacuums, any type of HEPA item including filters, special order items, consumables (such as food and beverages), chemicals, dated items (e.g., calendars, planners, etc.), some medical products, and partial cases.
