Please be assured that stocked items will be processed for shipment as soon as purchased, usually in 1-2 business days. You will be contacted when non-stocked items and special-order items are ready to ship. All small parcels are shipped using FedEx or UPS. All LTL shipments are shipped using the most cost effective freight service.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

  • Payment must be received prior to processing, unless your account is set up on terms.
  • Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • If you require express or 2-day shipping, please call us at 972-536-2500 to confirm availability.
