Protect your floors against common food and drink stains, petroleum and asphalt. This sealant works well as a base coat for a finish and it goes on clear. It works on most types of interior floors and dries in 30 minutes. Application: Interior Floors; Applicable Material: Vinyl; Rubber; Asphalt Tile; Terrazzo; Unfinished Concrete; No-Wax Vinyl; Chemical Compound: 2-phenoxyethanol; Ethylene Glycol Monophenyl Ether; Physical Form: Liquid.

Provides floor with stain-resistance from food and drink spills and tracked-in dirt.
Clear coating enhances gloss of top coatings.
For use on most types of interior floors including vinyl composition, rubber, asphalt, tile, terrazzo, unfinished concrete and no-wax vinyl.
Step 2 of Zep Commercial 4 step floor care process.
Dries in 30 minutes.
Apply with rayon string mop, not included.
