Supports an array of painting techniques, including heavily applied strokes. Great for acrylic and oil paints. Made of 480 gsm with a medium-grain surface texture that offers balanced absorbency and prevents dullness of sinking oil colors. Covered with a highly pigmented primer for archival quality. Frame is made of solid pine with kiln-dried, beveled pine stretcher bars that resist warping. Hand-stretched design creates strong tension and tailored corners. Additional material in the back allows for restretching. Back is stapled for a professional look.
