3. Return and Refund Policy
IDM Products allows returns within 30 days of receipt for most items if they are returned in their original packaging and in 100% re-sellable condition. Contact us at sales@idmproducts.com or call 972-536-2500 to initiate a return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. A restocking fee may apply. Refunds are processed after returned items are inspected and confirmed to be in re-sellable condition.
4. Product Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including floor machines, air scrubbers, vacuums, HEPA items, special order items, consumables, chemicals, dated items, some medical products, and partial cases.
5. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. For non-stocked and special-order items, you will be notified of the shipping details. We utilize FedEx and UPS for parcel shipments and cost-effective freight services for LTL shipments. Express or 2-day shipping is available upon request and confirmation of availability by calling 972-536-2500.
6. Payment Terms
Payment must be received before your order is processed unless you have an account with established terms. We accept various forms of payment, detailed under our Payment Methods section at checkout.
7. Damage Claims
Report any damage within 2 business days of receipt by noting it on the carrier’s delivery record and contacting us immediately. Keep all packaging materials. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold IDM Products and its employees harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the website, violation of the Terms and Conditions, or infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
9. Modifications to Terms
IDM Products reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
