This flat-bottom wok can be used to cook on a stovetop or in your oven and helps evenly distribute heat. 2-mm professional carbon steel gauge is lightweight yet strong. Scratch-resistant Excalibur nonstick coating to prevent damage. Pan distributes heat evenly so food doesnT scorch. Removable handle will stay oven-safe up to 350 deg.F, while the pan is oven-safe up to 500 deg. when the handle is removed. Includes a product manual. Black color looks good in most kitchen settings.
