Use this Ergodyne Chill-Its 6717FR Hard Hat Neck Shade to shield your neck, stay cool and enjoy FR protection. The neck shade delivers evaporative cooling relief and helps protect your neck from the suns harmful UV rays. Helps protect your neck from harmful UV rays. Made of a modacrylic cotton blend with FR properties for durability and added protection. Cooling properties activate when the fabric is soaked in water for 2 to 5 minutes. Designed to remain hydrated for up to 4 hours. Attaches to a hard hat suspension headband. Meets ASTM F1506 performance requirements (ATPV rating of 7.1 cal/cm2). Classified CAT1 per NFPA 70E. Meets ASTM F2302 for flame resistance.
