This serving spoon can endure high heats without melting or transferring heat, withstanding heavy-duty applications. Made of tough polysulfone that can be used in temperatures ranging from -40 deg. Fahrenheit to 375 deg. Fahrenheit without melting or transferring heat. Minimizes scratches on coated surfaces. Notched handle can be placed on the edge of a pan, and a predrilled hole at the end allows easy hanging on a hook. Slotted blade lets grease quickly drain away. Blade measures 4 1/2in x 3 1/2in.
