Camwear construction offers rugged strength and withstands high-volume wear and tear. Ideal for storing prepped produce, seafood on ice and defrosting meats. Elevates the food and allows the liquid from the food to drain into the Camwear pan (sold separately) to help reduce spoilage. Resistant to stains, acids and odors. Built to withstand temperatures from -40 deg. to 210 deg.F. NSF-listed design. Dishwasher safe for simple cleaning. Comes with 6 clear drain shelves.
