Use directly on medium-hot griddles (300 - 350 deg. Fahrenheit) to quickly remove baked-on food and reduce cleaning time. Loosens and lifts carbonized grease and food on contact. Utilizes Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) ingredients and contains no caustic soda or potash, so it doesnT have an unpleasant chemical odor. Safe for use on food contact surfaces. Griddles should be scraped after use and cleaned at the end of each day to help prevent unwanted transfer of flavors.
